Greek was a cultural influenced many times periods. The formal government of this time is city-states. City-states have different forms of government such as monarchy, aristocracy, oligarchy, tyrant rulers, tyrants, and direct democracy. Citizenship is depending on what city-state you're from. You are only a citizen of that city-state not all of Greece just that city-state.
Architecture was very important during this time. It showed which city-state had more money. Sculptures were also very important because it shows how people really looked and these sculptures had a lot of details in them. If you were someone important in that city-state than you more than likely had a sculpture of yourself somewhere. Geometry had a big part in Classical Greek time. The architects had to figure out how they were to build the different things they built.
The philosophers were the first ones to really think outside the box. The first ones to use rules of logic such as Aristotle who used the logic for argument. Aristotle was a student of Plato and Plato was student of Socrates. All great philosophers were taught by other great philosophers.
